IN COLOR!
The 1st edition has a $2.25 cover price, but so does the 2nd edition. Fogel's Guide says that in the 2nd edition, the ROP address is in color. What does that mean? Is this the "Rip Off Press" label in the upper left of the cover? Does it refer to the street address in the indicia on page 2? Well, the ROP label on the front cover is in a blue field, so it might mean that this issue is a 2nd edition. Clarity, please.
